Is it Okay to Wish Everyone Here a Merry Christmas?

Well, I had to think of some way to turn my Holiday Greetings into a question! I want to wish everyone on these forums the happiest of times this Christmas, and hope that you take the time to thank God for the blessings you have.





Take time for your families, take time for your friends, and try to make a few new friends, too. Remember the Poor and give generously to that guy or gal ringing that bell outside the doors of a department store!





Whether Republican or Democrat or Independent, whether American or in some foreign land, Merry Christmas!

I didn't stay up all night among friends and loved ones to observe the longest night of the year as some of my friends did, but I'm definitely counting my blessings on this fine Yule morning. Though things are not as good as I'd like with my adult daughter and her partner, things are going well in my life. My family is healthy and employed. We're getting together this weekend to look over the last year--how things could be improved, how things went well, what we're looking for in the coming year.





I have an abundance of love in my life right now things look bright for the coming year.

Reply:It is odd how we all strive to be "politically correct" but this nation was based on Chistianity, and we celebrate Christmas and Christ, and so I so Merry Christmas as well.
