Ever wonder why radio stations play "winter" songs only at Christmas time?

The following songs are winter songs and make no reference to Christmas, and could be played from the first day of winter (or from the first snowfall) until the first day of spring. But radio stations only play them along with Christmas music. Can you think of any others? Jingle Bells, Jingle Bell Rock, Sleigh Ride, Winter Wonderland, Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Marshmallow World, Frosty the Snowman, (Here Comes) Suzy Snowflake, Toyland, March of the Toys..................

Because it would drive everyone insane after the holidays. Christmas gives everyone a sense of Euphoria and excitement. Once it is over, it'l a long haul until spring and none of us are really happy about it.
Reply:Well , THOSE songs are usually associated with Christmas , besides....i don't know anybody who drags that music out as part of the "Memorial Day Weekend B-B-Q" checklist...
Reply:They are tracked with subliminal messages. These messages encourage shoppers to purchase more. It intrigues the nostalgia in customers memories.....
Reply:no... i guess they are not appropriate in the summer "let it snow" ?? sun, hot ...it simply doesn't go
